Trevor's haircut appointment has been set for Tuesday, 27 March...(officially he'll be 9 months)...
he will be going to see Meme's hairstylist, Christiana, at the salon I go to, Sven's Hair Adventures ... augh!
So...new photos will be posted on the 27th so you all can see what you all voted for.

well...we have been working on some things and today it came together for the little guy.
this morning we were practicing clapping our hands and during "Play with Me Sesame" when Cookie Monster and Grover were singing "C is for Cookie" Trevor clapped his own hands together!! It was very exciting to see him do this and realize what he had done. Terry said he was clapping his hands all night.
this afternoon, he grabbed onto the coffeetable and pulled himself up. then he crawled over to the couch and pulled himself up there. while putting his clothes away, Trevor pulled himself up holding onto his bedside railing. he pulled himself up using my leg for support. the kid likes to stand up...always has.
trevor also likes to give kisses now. be warned however if he approaches you to give you one....he opens his mouth up completely wide and starts leaning in for the kill...er, kiss. if you don't know what he is doing, you would think he is coming in for a nice bite on your nose or cheek...but no. it's just Trev's kissy kissy.
i know i am completely forgetting one other thing, but at the moment, i have no idea what that other thing is....so when i think of it, i'll be sure to add it in.
until then...if we thought life was busy before...obviously we are in for a very active time with a boy who is very inquisitive and excited to experience as much as he can. it should be some good times!
That IS the question.
The other night, Terry mentioned the idea of getting Trevor's hair cut. I was like, "are you serious?"
We all know that Trevor's hair is a part of his charm and cuteness, but is it time to get it cut?
Yes, the top curly part is long enough to get into his eyes now...and the curls on the side are a little uncontrolable...yes, his whole look is very Einstein-esque... but cutting it????
I'm not so sure. I was thinking about doing it around his 1st birthday but how long will his little mop top be by then? Can we wait that long?
Should we do it???
Can you believe I am 8 months old? I am now holding my own bottles at feeding times, crawling around (on carpeted areas), climbing all over Mommy and Daddy and getting pretty darn good at pulling myself up when holding onto the coffee table.
I am starting to teeth again and am growing out of my 3-6 month clothes but my 9 months are still a bit big......
Don't I look great? I am one handsome little boy...for sure!!
I am learning to crawl and Mommy had to put down my carpet so that I can get traction. I can't seem to get going on the hardwood floors...but now, with the carpet, I am on my way!
I also have new pjs and am a professional sitter upper....don't I look so big?

My sister Cheyenne came for a visit and got to celebrate Christmas in February. She was a lot of fun to hang out with...she kept me entertained and kept telling Mommy "my little brother is so handsome" and "my little brother is really cool." I think she really enjoys being a big sister.
Isn't it amazing how much we look alike?
I can't wait until she comes back for Easter!!
