Haaar ~ It's the PIRATE's life for me!!

Aaaaaar there mateys - 'tis a pirates life for me ... or at least that's what Mommy and Daddy tell me!!

We dressed up as Captain Hook, Peter Pan and Tinker Bell .... we made lots of people laugh ... but don't we all look really good???

Germans don't celebrate Hallowe'en, but we went out to our friends house ... first to our landlords (Sabine & Jurgen), then we went to see Auntie Claudia, then to Oma Henny & Opa Reiner's house and finished off visiting Auntie Laura & Uncle Rob ... I had a lot of fun and slept in the car inbetween visits.

I can't wait for next Hallowe'en ... I wonder what I will be!!

GOOOO EAGLES!

I am my Daddy's son for sure...I love to wear my Philadelphia Eagles pjs on football Sundays -- I usually have to go to bed way before anything good happens with the game, but I know Daddy is doing his job of rooting for the pair of us...

I can't wait to wear all of my other Eagles outfits!! But this is the one for me right now!!!

E-A-G-L-E-S.....GOOOOOOO EAGLES!

Aunt Deb's Cursed PJs

My Aunt Debbie sent me the cutest and warmest Hallowe'en pajamas ever...they are THE best! Unfortunately, they are cursed!!!

I have put these pajamas on three different times and as soon as Mommy picks me up, I throw up all over the pjs!!! Mommy then has to change me into something different. I wish they weren't cursed, because I would like to wear them around before Hallowe'en is over...or at least longer than 5 minutes! This only happens with these pjs...weird!

Maybe Aunt Deb is playing a "Trick or Treat" trick on me!! Hummmmm

She also sent me something to wear for Turkey Day...I have my fingers crossed that those aren't cursed too 'cause I don't have any other Thanksgiving-y clothes to wear. Plus, they are WAAAAAAY cute!

Thanks Aunt Deb for the pjs...I love 'em, even if they are cursed!!! : >

Update: 31 October -- Mommy changed me out of my costume and into these pjs tonight...I hadn't had anything to eat in a couple of hours...as soon as she was ready to pick me up, I threw up all over the sleeve...at least I got to wear them 4 times - not for very long, but I did wear them!

Hip Hip Hooray ~ I'm 4 months old today!!

Can you believe it? Me! 4 months old...time flies when you're a little growing weed like me...

Mommy and Daddy keep telling me how much heavier I keep getting and well...what can I say? I love the bottles...Antie Claudia and Auntie Laura keep telling me that I keep changing and look different every time they see me...well...I don't know how I am changing...but I guess I am.

There is a rumor going around that I am getting something new to eat soon...something they keep talking about...I think it's something called rice cereal...I don't know what that is, but I hope I like it...I'll let you know what I think when I finally get this stuff...

So...I am going to keep napping (I have a daily nap schedule now...) and eating and growing. I also like it when I can get Mommy and Daddy to laugh...that's funny!!!

Don't forget to scroll down to the bottom of the page and check out my birthday ticker...it'll tell ya how many more days there are until my FIRST birthday!!! (Plus, the balloons are pretty cool!)

The Pumpkin Patch

Today, we went out to someplace way out there, a place they called "The Pumpkin Patch." It was the time for all of us to go looking for our Halloween pumpkins, so Mommy dressed me up like one (thanks Meme for the cool clothes) and we headed out for our Columbus Day/Halloween adventure.

Now, I swear Mommy and Daddy were talking about hay bales and rides and food vendors and all kinds of cool stuff. Instead, we ended up out in the fields...literally. Our Pumpkin Patch experience wasn't exactly what any of us were expecting...it wasn't as exciting as we thought it would be and it definitely didn't take all that long to find what we were looking for (Dada pumpkin, Mama pumpkin & Baby pumpkin)... sometimes we forget that things here in Germany are way different than what they are back home, so we were happy to get what we wanted - our pumpkins and photos of all of us getting our pumpkins. It was a really nice October day (sunny but a little chilly) and it was really nice for all of us to get out and enjoy the day.

After our mission was accomplished, we then left for The Korea House restaurant for lunch, as Mommy was totally craving YakiMandu. She says it was really really good. I can't wait to try some!!

I went to a Birthday Party!!

I got my first birthday party invitation...it was for my friend, Annika. She turned the big ONE on 3 October, but had her party the other day.

It was pretty cool day...we went to the mexican restaurant for lunch, before the party and we met up with Bunny and Alexandra. Then we made our way over to the party place. Boy, I can't wait to get big 'cause that place is THE place to party...they have trampolines, bouncey castle thingies, a ball pool and climbin ropes, electric cars, climbing walls....they've got all kinds of cool stuff to do...I just have to wait to get bigger so that I can play on all that cool stuff.

We didn't stay too long at the party. I was still in a grumpy mood...I tried to explain to Mommy that I wasn't going to nap there...I tried, but there was too much stuff to look at...plus it was really loud and I couldn't relax. So, we left the party somewhat earlier than the rest but it was good because as soon as I got into the car, I fell asleep and had a good nap with Mommy later on in the afternoon.

Annika seemed to have it going on...she's a pretty girl, isn't she?? Lots of friends, food and presents were there...I can't wait to turn ONE!!

My Doctor's Visit

Yesterday, I had to go see my doctor for my third wellness check-up and second series of vaccinations. It went pretty well, I was in a good mood and I didn't throw-up or pee on anyone!! I'd call that success!!

I now weigh 5980 grams (13.18 lbs), I am 63 cm (24.80 inches) long and my head circumference is 42 cm (16.54 inches)....not bad for three months of growth!!

After Mommy and Daddy asked a whole bunch of questions and were done talking with Dr. Wild, Daddy started singing right into my face and then....OUCH! I got stuck in the leg with something sharp. But I was a super good boy and didn't even cry...at least not until Mommy put me into the car seat and we got ready to leave. But by then, I was just tired and wanted to take a nap.

Today, I am what Mommy calls a "crank-butt." I slept all through the night last night (I didn't wake up until 8am!!) but I am still a bit sleepy....I also started a couple of bottles of the next formula level, but I spit up a lot when I drink it, so Mommy only gives me a little bit at a time, so I can get used to it.

Other than that, things here at home are good. I hope Mommy gets over her cold soon and that I get to feeling better after this shot I got. Check out my latest pictures and don't forget to leave your comments!!!!
